Refund policy
Authorized Returns
We accept authorized returns within 30 days of shipment.
We will provide a discounted prepaid label and deduct the label cost from your refund or invoice you if you are doing an exchange.
Special ordered products being returned may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Please contact us if you have any questions about this before placing your order.
*Rizoma products that are special ordered are not returnable.
We do not accept returns on motorcycle helmets due to liability
Return Conditions:
- Items must be in original packaging with all tags and components included.
- Items must not be:
- Disassembled, mounted, installed, or damaged.
- Used or "taken out for a ride."
If You Received Damaged or Incorrect Items:
- Repack the item(s) in the original shipping container.
- Contact us to arrange the return.

Returns with Missing or Damaged Packaging
If an unused item is returned without proper packaging (missing tags, components, or hangers), we may:
- Return the item back to you, or
- Deduct a processing fee of up to 25% from your refund.
Freight Charges & Return Shipping
- Freight charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a company error.
- We offer a discounted prepaid shipping label, with the cost deducted from your refund.
- If you choose not to use our label, you must prepay all return shipping costs, including:
- Import fees
- Courier fees
- Customs and duty fees
Packages shipped COD (Collect on Delivery) will be:
- Rejected, or
- The total value of the delivery will be deducted from your refund.
Fees for Refused, Undelivered, or Abandoned Packages
All applicable return costs will be deducted from your refund for any packages that are refused or underlivered.
Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed within 72-96 hours after we receive and inspect the return.
- Banks may take 4-7 business days to post the refund to your account.
