Shipping policy

Free Shipping on orders of $129 or more

North America Shipments (Canada & USA)

  • Delivery within 6-10 business days for in-stock items.
  • Delivery time may vary depending on the shipping location.
  • Canada:
    • Shipped via UPS or Canada Post.
    • Other couriers are available upon request.
  • United States:
    • Shipped via UPS or Canada Post.

International Shipments

  • No guaranteed delivery time due to potential delays and import procedures.
  • Typically delivered within 5-15 business days for in-stock items.
  • Shipped using DHL Express or UPS Worldwide Expedited.
  • Alternate couriers can be requested at the time of purchase (may incur additional charges).
  • All import fees are the responsibility of the importer (purchaser). Any shipping purchased does not include taxes, duties or brokerage fees. These fees are collected by the courier and remitted to the respective country at time of import.

Shipping Insurance & Liability

  • With Insurance
    • All packages have insurance applied.
    • The company will process claims directly.
    • Damaged or lost items during shipment will be refunded or replaced.
  • Tracking Numbers:
    • Provided for all shipments.
    • A copy of the shipping label can be provided upon request for proof of shipment.

Surcharges

  • Oversize/Overweight Packages and shipments to rural or military addresses within Canada and the U.S. may incur additional surcharges.
  • Surcharges will be communicated via email.
  • Failure to pay these surcharges will result in order cancellation.

Damaged Shipments

  • Upon receipt, inspect packages for missing, damaged, or incorrect parts.
  • Report any damage to both the company and the shipping carrier immediately.
  • With Insurance:
    • The company will handle claims and provide a refund or replacement.
  • Claims for missing, damaged, or incorrect parts must be made within 30 business days of delivery.
  • The company is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, and claims must be filed with the shipping carrier.

Special Orders (Backorders)

  • Backordered or special order items from manufacturers may take up to 15 business days to arrive at the company facility.
    • If the company cannot meet this time frame, you will be informed.
    • If a special order is no longer available, you will be contacted and issued a refund.
  • For returns or exchanges on special order items:
    • A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund, based on the pre-tax value of the returned goods (excluding shipping costs).
