Ducati Corse V8 Helmet

Designed by Drudi Performance and built on an Arai base with top-quality materials and solutions, the Ducati Corse V8 full-face helmet boasts distinctive racing properties in terms of both style and performance. The inner shell, made from PB-SNC2 (Structural Net Composite), guarantees excellent rigidity, and is further reinforced by an upper protective band, made with “Peripherally Belted SNC” technology, for optimal safety. The detachable inner liner made from Eco-Pure® fabric is extremely compact, guaranteeing better comfort, decreased pressure, and an excellent fit. These features are also optimized by the Facial Contour System (FCS), which also makes it easier to put the helmet on thanks to a special elastic support. The oversized thermoformed visor, which is scratch-proof and anti-fog, guarantees perfect peripheral vision and a wider field of vision, for greater visibility when cornering. In terms of ventilation, the upper air vent has been optimized and equipped with a lateral diffuser and extractor with enhanced aerodynamics to improve stability and efficiency at high speeds. The sliding closure on the vents reduces noise while increasing durability and impermeability. Embellished with an attractive design with a dark red to Ducati red color gradient, and featuring fluorescent red inserts to render the pattern more dynamic, especially when observed in motion, it’s a helmet that’s designed specifically for the track. Outside:

• PB-SNC2 (Structural Net Composite) shell that adds rigidity to the resin in the different layers of fibers and strengthening materials inside the shell
• Peripherally Belted SNC Shell: a belt laid peripherally on the top of the eye-opening of the shell, increasing its rigidity

Inside:

• Removable interior in Eco-Pure® fabric with very limited frame area
• Facial Contour System (FCS). A foam spring support in the cheek pad that compresses and rebounds makes putting the helmet on easier. The cheek pad wraps under the jaw- and cheekbone instead of mostly on the soft cheek area. FCS offers a looser fit with secure support over a larger area providing superior stability and comfort with minimal pressure

Visor:

• Wider visor for a perfect peripheral vision. The wider visor aperture gives better visibility on bends
• CE-approved thermoformed visor, scratchproof and anti fog
• VAS Visor (patented) with V-shield base plate, 5mm longer and 10mm wider than the previous model
