Rizoma Escape S Pegs (PE644)

Versatility and comfort. These are the concepts behind the Escape S peg, a combination of functionality and attention to design.
Designed to meet the everyday practicality or to face the off-road.
Escape S, made from billet aluminum, has an EPDM rubber that dampens vibrations and provides the right grip for a comfortable and more relaxed riding.
The rubber is easy to mount and fits perfectly into the peg teeth.
No detail is left to chance, the surface finishing has two different meanings, which represent the concept of this accessory: Altera Texture, an exclusive Rizoma design, with the inclination and placement of its modules aimed to optimize the grip, and the All Terrain icon that evokes the will to explore all the tracks, even those most unknown.
Indeed, by removing the EPDM insert, the peg transforms and adapts to a more strong use. The external teeth, in glaze-finished steel, is design to reduce the possibility of lateral traction loss, especially when the rider exerts a higher foot pressure on the peg outer side.
Thanks to the support base of 45 mm, you get excellent grip with the boot as well as a better control in standing riding . The hollow body makes the peg lighter and reduce the risk of collecting dirty, furthermore thanks to its 81 mm long it features greater agility on the narrowest tracks.

Adapters are required for assembly.
The Escape S pegs are made of aluminium (Anticorodal 100 Al6082t6).
The replaceable EPDM rubbers are designed to allow easy mounting, the bottom shape is realized to be clamped and ensured to the aluminum body.
The external teeth are made in brushed steel (AISI304).
Escape pegs are TÜV certified.

Altera Texture has been ad-hoc designed by the Rizoma Style Center in a broader Company’s approach to new materials. Altera Texture is inspired by the molecular structure of Alumina. The Altera texture pattern has been created and developed based on haptic sensory studies between product and pilot.

The Rizoma pegs and their mounting kit design takes inspiration by the racing world. So, when mounting, the pegs are not perfectly aligned with the ground, but appear slightly tilted upwards. The upward has been designed to prevent foot traction loss outwards while driving.
