TECH FIT FOR MULTIPLE ACTIVITIES
The Expand Mesh headset provides a safer way to communicate during sports and outdoor activities. Whether climbing, hiking, fishing or hunting, Expand Mesh enables convenient full-duplex group communication at extended distances without having to shout or use hand signals. Recreational activities can be made much safer by using Mesh Intercom™ technology for fast and efficient communication.
DISCREET MESH INTERCOM™ HEADPHONES
When using Expand Mesh, you can communicate hands-free with other Sena Mesh Intercom™ users up to 400m away or up to 1.6km away with 6 or more users. The Expand Mesh offers both Group Mesh mode and Multi-Channel Open Mesh mode, which supports 9 channels allowing users to switch between different groups on different frequencies. Sena's Mesh platform provides flexibility by allowing users to move in and out of range while keeping the rest of the group connected without interruption.
ELEGANT AND COMFORTABLE DESIGN
The Expand Mesh has been designed with a low-profile shape that sits comfortably on the user's ears, while still allowing awareness of surrounding sounds. The Expand Mesh has rounded arms located just above the speakers, which provide a secure grip on the head and ears. The device's hanging neck strap allows users to also wear a hat, climbing helmet, or glasses while using the Expand Mesh headset.
SMARTPHONE CONNECTIVITY
In addition to the integrated intercom system, the Expand Mesh also allows a Bluetooth® connection with a smartphone. Once your smartphone is paired, you can listen to music, hear GPS directions, signals from fitness apps, or even take a phone call. Sena's Audio Multitasking™ allows users to listen to audio from a smartphone while being able to communicate through the Mesh Intercom system without disrupting the conversation. The Expand Mesh is also compatible with the Sena Outdoor app , which allows you to configure intercom groups, adjust device settings, and access the device's quick start guide on the go.
